I am an experienced senior leader specialising in executive strategy, operations, and delivery. I have spent over a decade working at the intersection of strategy, governance, and complex organisational change, supporting executive teams to turn ambition into action.
My background spans large, complex, highly regulated institutions and fast-moving, change-led environments, where I have worked closely with senior leaders, boards, and committees to design strategies, build effective governance, manage complex portfolios, and deliver priority initiatives.
Much of my work has involved acting as a trusted right-hand to the most senior executive leaders, providing structure, clarity, and follow-through in high-pressure contexts.
I bring a calm, analytical, and pragmatic approach to my work. I am particularly skilled at translating complex ideas into practical strategies and plans, strengthening decision-making infrastructure, and ensuring that important work progresses without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Alongside this, I make thoughtful use of digital and AI-enabled tools to support clearer thinking, better prioritisation, and more efficient ways of working.
I work on a fractional and project basis, partnering closely with a small number of clients at any one time to provide high-trust, senior-level support.
